Lovely vintage dress by Issey Miyake, from the Permanente line/label, circa late 1980s. Navy blue washed silk (linen-like) with bright blue Shibori dyed stripes throughout. Intentionally worn-in, faded look. Loose, a-line, carefree silhouette with a draping neckline and a single button detail at the front creating a pleat.
