Absolutely stunning vintage dress by Oscar de la Renta, from the Spring/Summer 1993 collection (shown here are two other similar examples with the same buttons from the runway). Crisp black linen, with a fit and flare silhouette and very full skirt (shown here with a crinoline underneath) that channels old Hollywood glamour of the 1950s. Straight neckline with tapered straps. The backside buttons up completely, with incredible enameled porcelain buttons that also decorate the front at straps. Flaps above side slit pockets. An incredible and timeless dress.
